Incentives when goals are met

Cons

1. Has a very large turn over rate so don't get comfortable. 2.1-3 days of training. 3. Offers no benefits or raises. 4. No room for growth.

GMS takes all of our reviews into consideration and we listen to our employees. We have improved in our turn over rate and we now have new trainers with set training days for all projects. We also have daily incentives with company wide bonuses every week, and we've promoted more agents into managerial positions since 2016. Thank you for your feedback!

GMS Connect is a great place to work at, we appreicate the ebnefits they offer and the weekly pay. I appreciate the team there.

If you have other customer service experience this may not be for you , but if you are trying to get experience great start off

Cons

The pay is not great , you get burned out quick
