1. Has a very large turn over rate so don't get comfortable. 2.1-3 days of training. 3. Offers no benefits or raises. 4. No room for growth.

GMS CONNECT Response

GMS takes all of our reviews into consideration and we listen to our employees. We have improved in our turn over rate and we now have new trainers with set training days for all projects. We also have daily incentives with company wide bonuses every week, and we've promoted more agents into managerial positions since 2016. Thank you for your feedback!

No Benefits for one full year, your paid less than what a Cashier makes the call is tiny with a tiny desk attached to another tiny desk. I worked there one full day & was ask are you ready to take call? SERIOUSLY? 1 Day training & No benefits, even fast food jobs offer benefits. Run, minimum wage job

Very ghetto Nd unprofessional, everyone shares computers no assigned computers or headsets. Not enough pay
