Pros
As an employee at some point you will be fired or quit and then you can move on with your life. I hope there is life after GT Software!!
Cons
I have worked for GT for a few years and trust me it is a dead end. Please read ALL of the reviews for the real truth. Management has decided to seed glassdoor with phony glowing reviews in an attempt to raise its image. It is a truly sad ploy by the heartless individuals at the top. It might be great for them but barely tolerable for everyone else.
