Pros
-The hours here are fairly flexible and you do not have to worry about management's reaction if you are five minutes late.
Cons
-The management is extremely incompetent and tends to make decisions based on little or no information, while ignoring the advice of those who actually know about the situation being evaluated. -There is absolutely no visibility in regards to employees' work and competent people are not rewarded, while incompetent people are given promotions and raises. -The only way to get a promotion is by doing work far, far, far above your job title or by socializing with management frequently.
