I applied to an online ad on Craigslist. After waiting a few weeks with no response, I finally got a phone call to come in for an interview. The interview itself was not too bad. Be prepared to answer questions about your gaming experience, and any community management you have done. Having experience running a community website, leading a guild, etc. can all be beneficial. Just be yourself and show your enthusiasm for gaming.

The recruiter called and was very awkward. She asked if I remembered applying for the position. She asked about my background and the my salary requirements. She explained that the position paid in the 30K range. We bth agreed against moving forward.
