      Pros

      -Good place to start if you just want a foot through the free to play game industry -Good place to learn whole bunch of stuff that you may need to know outside your position -Pay is decent if you are hourly since they make you do decent number of overtime

      Cons

      -Little to no room to grow -Management makes poor decision very occasionally -No perks -Overworks you to death especially if you are salaried

      Pros

      It is a casual, laid back environment, with healthy drinks and snacks provided by the company. The staff are all friendly, and hard working. The company offers a great 401K plan and will offer to match a portion of your contributions. The annual bonus sums are impressive.

      Cons

      It offers a poor benefits plan, compared to others in the industry. Promotion prospects are few. The requirements to get an annual bonus are impossible to achieve. The company is not growing.
