The field service group was often short staffed for the jobs with which we were tasked. Working 24, 36, and 48 hours straight wasn't an uncommon occurrence.

Initially, was able to execute and deliver their service very effectively. Had best in class products.

Ultimately, this company overreached and failed to understand what it would take to be successful.
