I worked at GameTech full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

The field service group was the most dedicated group of individuals I've ever had the opportunity to work with.

    Cons

The field service group was often short staffed for the jobs with which we were tasked. Working 24, 36, and 48 hours straight wasn't an uncommon occurrence.

    Advice to Management

Field Service personnel are the primary customer facing employees; listen to them whenever they tell you what product development is necessary.

Not too hard to get the job here, but the salary you must take as much as possible, because in future it will be hard to increase it.
