Set schedule, log hours, large pay fluctuation between departments

The overtime is available...wait I mean mandatory, so there's that.

The management is terrible. They do not promote from within so be prepared to have to teach your new supervisor your job. Slave away for years and you still wont be considered for management...they won't even tell you when they are hiring for new supervisors.
