Pros
Great people to work with. Friendly environment overall and good place to learn and gain experience. A lot of technologies involved.
Cons
Poor compensation, management have little understanding of what are they doing. A lot of bureaucracy. Friendly ties gives the carrier promotions even without any knowledge in technology. Pervasive saves on employees and working conditions with fooling promises of better life.
