I worked at GeeksForLess full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great people to work with. Friendly environment overall and good place to learn and gain experience. A lot of technologies involved.

    Cons

Poor compensation, management have little understanding of what are they doing. A lot of bureaucracy. Friendly ties gives the carrier promotions even without any knowledge in technology. Pervasive saves on employees and working conditions with fooling promises of better life.

    Advice to Management

Stop saving money on people who really doing most of the work. Fire all the goblins who know nothing about development and IT in common. Find better management people (look at middle managers)!! Stop advancing friends and stop imagining that you are the rockstars best of the best!
