Pros
There are absolutely no pros to working at this company.
Cons
. Two of the women are women who had no work experience prior to working there and were stay at home moms for several years. Obviously he has used this to his advantage, moved them up the corporate ladder (in exchange for favors) and now they can't go anywhere else because everyone knows why they are where they are and they feel obligated to stay with him. The owner is insanely paranoid about employees sharing company "secrets" with competitors so he spends most of his day spying on employees incoming and outgoing emails. In most jobs if you are a "manager" you are allowed to make decisions, but not here. All the managers are scared to make decision for fear they will be yelled at and talked down to for not making a decision that the owner would have made. I will say this job was an eye-opening experience and made me appreciate my other job when I got the heck out of there in one piece. Luckily, I am not emotionally damaged like most people who leave that place. I have a strong personality. I probably would not have made it out when I did. I’m not sure how the owner sleeps at night.
