      The people that I worked with were great. The company has a lot of potential if they focus on what makes money.

      Cons

      No equity amongst staff, treat the people that come to work everyday better. No systems in place to get things done.

      Gener8 is full of highly talented professionals who enjoy working with each other and for their clients success.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, none if the talented professionals at Gener8 are on the management team. Too many Thermal Fischer rejects with very little small company and services know-how.
