      Lots of new skills to pick up and really cool smart people

      Sometimes projects don't go ahead but there are always new things. Career progression is slow but I learnt a lot

      Pros

      The people that I worked with were great. The company has a lot of potential if they focus on what makes money.

      Cons

      No equity amongst staff, treat the people that come to work everyday better. No systems in place to get things done.
