      Can exercise all my technical skills Good amount of standardization and process, although it can get better Personal interaction with your peers Minimal work drama Worklife balance is attainable. Great work environment Minimal work drama

      Some process move slow, but better than in other DoD companies Salary is not the top, but is good if you demonstrate your value Communication between teams under different management can be tricky

      Great team with lots of smart people. Great raises and bonuses. Flexibility to move around within company to explore other career paths. 9x80 schedule is awesome.

      Many processes are slow and not tailored for space.
