Pros

I’ve been with the company for 10 years, and it’s truly been an incredible place to build a long-term career. What stands out most is the culture. GDT is filled with collaborative and supportive people who genuinely want to see each other succeed. Leadership consistently demonstrates transparency and trust, giving employees the space to grow while providing the guidance needed to excel. Over the years, I’ve had countless opportunities to take on new challenges, expand my skill set, and work on projects that made a real impact. The company invests heavily in professional development, encourages new ideas, and actually listens when employees speak up. That’s rare and it’s why so many of us stay. Work-life balance has been solid, and the flexibility offered has made it easy to navigate both personal and professional commitments. Benefits are strong, compensation is competitive, and the company never stops looking for ways to improve. After a decade, I can honestly say this is a place where people can thrive long term. I’m proud to be part of this team and excited for what comes next. Pros: • Supportive leadership • Strong opportunities for growth • Collaborative culture • Great benefits and work-life balance • Meaningful, impactful work

Cons

None that outweigh the positives, GDT is genuinely a great place to be.

Pros

Great collaborative culture where teams genuinely support each other and work cross-functionally to drive results. There are strong opportunities to grow, take on new challenges, and expand your skill set. The hybrid work environment is a huge plus it offers flexibility while still allowing meaningful in-office connection and collaboration. The office itself is welcoming and a great space to engage with colleagues.

Cons

Pacing can be fast at times, but it keeps things exciting and provides continuous learning opportunities.

Pros

The work schedule is flexible is really about all.

Cons

The biggest issue is leadership. There is a lack of direction, consistency, and long-term planning. The work environment often feels chaotic, with priorities changing constantly and processes that are either unclear or nonexistent. Instead of developing employees and building stable teams, management too often reacts to problems after they occur. Job security is another major concern. Employees can go from working one day to being laid off the next with little warning, making it difficult to trust the company's commitment to its workforce. **My review reflects my personal experience. At the same time, I encourage anyone reading these reviews to look for recurring themes instead of relying solely on the overall rating. Multiple perspectives often provide a clearer picture of what it's like to work here.**
