Pros

what everyone else says, free lunch Tuesdays, coffee every morning and afternoon. great technology pitch,

Cons

this is a revolving door company.. stay away from it, if you know what's good for you. big marketing fluff of a small fish in a large ocean of Resellers.. CEO is a very nasty guy, with short temper , and feel in a pinch and lay people off.. for not much reason at all cause he feels like it. There's red flags of financial collapse, and struggle... ie... freak layoffs, engineers who were supposed to be on my sales calls are leaving left and right, do yourself a favor...don't come to this company. and oh!! my special favorite, have a policy to not pay people their commission until customer pays their invoice.. so, I was laid off after being one of the only ones in my group to close business, plus had a large pipeline, but I was cut just before I was supposed to get paid on my deal...hmmmm......I better get paid..

Pros

Great collaborative culture where teams genuinely support each other and work cross-functionally to drive results. There are strong opportunities to grow, take on new challenges, and expand your skill set. The hybrid work environment is a huge plus it offers flexibility while still allowing meaningful in-office connection and collaboration. The office itself is welcoming and a great space to engage with colleagues.

Cons

Pacing can be fast at times, but it keeps things exciting and provides continuous learning opportunities.

Pros

The work schedule is flexible is really about all.

Cons

The biggest issue is leadership. There is a lack of direction, consistency, and long-term planning. The work environment often feels chaotic, with priorities changing constantly and processes that are either unclear or nonexistent. Instead of developing employees and building stable teams, management too often reacts to problems after they occur. Job security is another major concern. Employees can go from working one day to being laid off the next with little warning, making it difficult to trust the company's commitment to its workforce. **My review reflects my personal experience. At the same time, I encourage anyone reading these reviews to look for recurring themes instead of relying solely on the overall rating. Multiple perspectives often provide a clearer picture of what it's like to work here.**
