Awful Place to Work - Anonymous employee General Star Management Employee Review

Over the last several years with management changes, there is no longer a chance for advancement. Upper management has their own agenda, and it is not looking out for its employees. Moral is at an all time low. Bonuses and salary increases are minimal for lower level staff BUT upper management is smiling to the bank.
