Pros
Flexible working hours and the benefits are great. The atmosphere is excellent and the teams are efficient in doing their work, had a lot of fun and valuable experience for those who want to work in insurance sector.
Cons
As I am working in Hong Kong, it demands you to work relatively fast and efficient which certain times it would require you to finished the task within hours or minutes for the client. The stress is not bearable for everyone.
