Pros
Excellent office spaces; knowledgeable, friendly IT team who always do their best to help; opportunity to interact with a few selected top scientists who are both enthusiastic and caring.
Cons
Extremely high staff turnover; mature projects killed with no clear reasons given to team; scientists assigned to projects they have no interests in or expertise of in spite of initial agreements; clueless middle management forcing senior scientists into poorly organised, humdrum 'scrum' meetings and 'agile' practices; extremely mundane scientific tasks unless one is part of a selected clique of early employees or former colleagues of those.
