They have their own soil testing laboratory for both geotechnical and material testing. You can spend time in the laboratory and learn about all geotechnical laboratory testing.
The project engineers are very knowledgeable and experienced, as a staff engineer there is a lot that can be learned from them. If you show interest in learning something specific, they will work with you to make it happen.
The office environment is very friendly and informal. Conversations and meetings with the higher engineers are casual and very approachable.
