      Amazing people to work with both in a professional and personal way. Your ideas are taken into account. Very fast paced so learning is a constant. The technology is top-notch and you have the opportunity to work transversely across teams.

      Cons

      None that I can think about. Note that this environment is not for everyone, you must be very motivated upon challenges and take joy and pride in problem solving, otherwise this might not be your place.

      Pros

      Colleagues are the best asset in the company. Smart, friendly and hard working employees. If you value a good relationship with your colleagues over anything else, then this is a good place.

      Cons

      Company is hireing and fireing employees in less than a year. Job security is very low. Company has been sold to the competitor as it was going downwards. CEO known for not being present and playing padel during working hours. Be aware.
