Pros
1. Good work environment, everyone is always very friendly and always willing to help you to better yourself with the company 2. Great benefits, you receive health, dental, vision as well 401k. With that you also receive free membership to the local health club and many discounts for travel, hotels, software and cell phone. 3. There are many opportunities to grow with this company and many advancements through the ranks. 4. Pay is good. Not great but definitely better than many companies 5. Training and getting licensed is all paid for by Gerber Life. This is worth it right there.. licensing can cost houndreds of dollars if you where to do it on your own, including the finger printing and background checks.. this is a wonderful treat that Gerber Life does for its employees
Cons
Very sedentary.. you sit at a desk all day staring at a computer screen and you cant really go anywhere because you are on a phone line which often feels like a tether
