We’d love to understand more about the concerns you raised, especially regarding your comment about diversity - we have team members from various countries outside of Poland, many in Director and Manager roles, and are working hard on maintaining a highly inclusive environment.
We’re also sorry to hear you didn’t feel growth was possible here, as we invest heavily in development opportunities including transparent career paths, skills-development budgets, internal skill-building webinars, and internal role changing recruitments.
