Pros
- Open communication (they really do listen, help and discuss instead of merely assigning tasks)
- Clear assignments/tasks with detailed steps to follow
- Nice and fun people to work with
- Doing work that actually enriches peoples' lives (providing educational material to further careers and education)
- Decent pay, always on time
- Diversity
- Remote/flexible ( there's no micro-managing as long as the work gets done and is done well and on time)
Cons
- Trial and error for translation software and processes (but that's to be expected as this was a new project)
