      Smaller company with the ability to influence outcomes. Genuinely intelligent people leading certain departments.

      Cons

      Zero career growth planning and promotion frequency . Terrible titles compared to one’s experience. If you are stuck with a bad boss ( which happens), you have no choice to grit your teeth and hope they move on to something else.
