Pros
Work and life balance is the best in this company if the intention is just to have a salary and not for career growth. Lower level group is like family and very good.
Cons
No room for growth if you are not a yes man. No standard employee policy. Advantage given to the favored breeds. Management do not want to hear any issues. Covering up is a normal practice and a lot of idea-stealing. No formal policies on training, you learn on the fly.
