Since it is a small, but growing company, there is always something new to learn. There are a lot of opportunities for individual growth. Communication from upper management needs improvement. We need to find better ways to keep all employees updated on the company's current status on a regular basis.

The management cares about employees and do their best to implement policies and programs to improve overall happiness.

As with many small to medium companies most people are really busy and juggling multiple projects. This can be challenging but it does promote learning, efficiency and automation whenever possible.
