Upper level management do not have right action plan for allocating the services to entry level persons. Graduates are treated like mechanics and no difference in diploma holder and GET. Infrastructure and safety lacks at worksite. Each zone is headed by some one and upper level management does not make any attempts to monitor in 4 zones. Insufficient workmanship, tools availability & spares management. yearly profit is not distributed uniformly by the zone lead on efficacy. No proper working establishments and standards being followed.
