Pros
Pay is pretty good, and the one time office set up budget is a nice bonus. Everyone you work with is super talented, the level of expertise is high.
Cons
This is truly the most chaotic workplace I’ve ever been part of. Adaptability is important in any job, but here, company wide changes are made and then scrapped days later. It’s disorganized and has a ripple effect on morale and productivity. The result is a “fend for yourself” culture, where people feel like they have to throw colleagues under the bus to survive. It’s hard to blame them when constant layoffs wipe out half a team at a time. Many of the most talented, collaborative, and caring people have already left, and senior hires rarely last longer than a year because of the stress. My role changed so much during my time here that it felt impossible to make a real impact. I stuck around hoping things would stabilize, but they never did. In its current state, I wouldn’t recommend joining unless you’re extremely resilient and able to let everything roll off your back.
