Pros
The people here are genuinely great — collaborative, sharp, and easy to work with across teams. There's a real sense that what you're building actually matters, which is hard to find at a lot of tech companies. On the technical side, the work is interesting and you get real autonomy to own your projects and drive decisions without being micromanaged. Leadership trusts you to figure things out, which makes a big difference day to day. Work-life balance is solid too — it's not one of those places where you're expected to be online at all hours.
Cons
Cross-team communication can be hit or miss sometimes. Things move fast and teams are focused on their own priorities, so it's not always easy to stay aligned on what other groups are working on. It's gotten better over time but there's still room to improve.
