Pros

NOTHING - literally there are no positives

Cons

HR Team.. haven’t seen a team so unethical & the one with zero integrity.. They don’t have guts to read or hear harsh feedback against them and use it for improvement .. rather theyll create a group of 15-20 people and ensure that glassdoor review which mentions anything related to HRBP gets removed… because they know whatever is written is truth and they don’t want others to read their reality.. shameful behaviour of team which is responsible to protect culture

Pros

If the leadership was half as capable as the execution team, this would’ve been a great place to work.

Cons

It appears the most valued skill in this HR department isn’t talent acquisition, or employee relations, or compliance. it’s reputation management through review suppression. Get a few honest posts removed, earn a promotion. It’s a business model within a business model. To the people doing this, congratulations on the promotion. At this rate, keep it up and you might just get a mid-year increment too. The company may not reward performance on the ground, but clearly this kind of loyalty has a price tag. To everyone else reading this, the fact that reviews here keep vanishing should tell you more about this organisation’s culture than any review itself could.

Pros

- Fast-paced environment with exposure to some business execution. - Opportunity to work on challenging problems and move quickly.

Cons

Significant micromanagement and limited autonomy in day-to-day work. Culture felt more competitive than collaborative. Leadership and decision-making appeared highly top-down, with limited room for disagreement or alternate perspectives. Management layers often felt focused on alignment upward rather than supporting teams. Work environment felt transactional rather than warm or people-oriented. Office experience felt very basic with limited employee amenities or community-building spaces. High-pressure atmosphere that, in my experience, created unnecessary stress and anxiety. Overall, this was not the right environment for me. My exit happened as part of a layoff/separation process, and unexpectedly, I felt more relieved than disappointed. It made me realize how mentally exhausting I had found the work environment over time. While experiences will differ from person to person, I personally would not choose to return to a culture that felt this heavily managed, and lacking in trust and autonomy.
