Thank you for taking time to submit a review. We have noted on your feedback, and will look into reviewing our work processes. We do support work life balance, but at times, this can be difficult to balance due to urgent work tasks and communications with overseas contacts, whose time zone differs to Singapore. During the interviews for the job, we would have informed that some after-office hours support is required, but you have still went ahead to accept the job? Please do reflect over this, and we do not attempt to disguise the working hours and have always been frank. As for your other comments, please refrain from using such slanderous terms without providing supporting information or more details. For other job hunters reading this, please note that this is only 1 ex-employee's POV. We do have existing and former employees who are/were happy and felt their work fulfilling in GoPurpose.
