Pros

None, do not join this company. Initially during interview will promise you with offered employment. Telling you bad reviews about all ex employees.

Cons

Very bad management and leadership skills. Expect employees to be all rounder which include logistics, accounts, Admin and HR. No system all through excel. Less then 5 employees. High turnover rate. One call and expect you to do immediately else you will get shouted.

Dear prospective HR candidate, We believed we are aware of your negative review. It is sad that we did have to turn you down to join us as you showed up at our office when the reference checks were not cleared. Again, your abrupt behaviour to our colleagues were not acceptable and it is a general team consensus that you are not a good fit into our company. This organisation traumatizes people

The co-workers were nice.

There are some serious issues in this organisation and with the leadership. These issues run deep and manifest themselves into being an extremely hostile environment. Rather than rehash a long list of concerns here, I would instead just strongly urge any potential partner, investor, investee or employee to complete a due diligence and, at minimum, a meaningful reputation check before engaging. No doubt the founder comes from some family money that commands respect at first glance. But, go beyond that in scratching the surface and get a sense of the red flags. Approach a handful of previous or existing partners/employees. Provide some comfort to them that the reputation check is entirely off-the-record so they don’t fear retaliation from the founder, and then you’ll find that people open up with honest feedback. Despite the founder’s super aggressive approach to non-disclosure agreements, my sense is that the many folks who have been burned will probably break confidentiality in a discreet chat. Main point – you should stay far away.

Appreciate that you took the time to submit this review. We have noted on your feedback, and to some extent, agree with you. However, regardless of the founder's background, please remember why someone would want to start a company. The fundamental reason for anyone to start a company or new business, is to setup something that is not available in the market, something that is believed in for a purpose that one is passionate about. And in the process, one can get too jaded due to setbacks and sabotages, and become, well, paranoid. Have taken note of your comments and we seek to improve ourselves. We are still a young company and have ways to grow, and would appreciate your support.

Pros

It's good when the CEO isn't around

Cons

Please do think twice before you apply for this job. The reviews before October 3rd are fake because the CEO knows that it affects recruitment. She doesn't give clear instructions, but when you ask, she will say that she's busy. or you need to figure it out. You can't prioritise your work even if you want to because she expects you to do whatever that's on her mind. *There are no managers there now so how can there be reviews from current managers unless fake reviews? Think about it.*

Reviews submitted are self-initiated and come from ex and current employees. There is no bias. You have not been completing your assigned tasks and duties on time and engrossed in personal chats during office time. If you have completed the required paperwork and adhere to leave application policy, you would have got the childcare leave that you requested.
