      I really like the people and the culture There is no pressure on the employees I feel like, everyone wants the product to succeed so there is trust from the managers

      Cons

      There are many components, and the requirements are not always clear, and the big picture is not straightforward, so it can be hectic to navigate

      Pros

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
