      Casual workplace, good salary and benefits, nice atmosphere, autonomy, support for learning.

      Constantly changing strategy makes job more difficult.

      Pros

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
