Pros

Huge portfolio of products Internal development processes, everything is in internal control great talents and very good people to work with Lot of possibilities to try yourself Brand new and modern offices around the globe

Cons

No longer a leader in salaries in Budapest Company culture took a bad turn with merger, suddenly acting like a huge multi is "supposed to", while communicating right values Not doing enough to keep great people Slowed reaction with leaning out development teams

Pros

Remote and unfortunately that is it

Cons

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
