8yI have re-read your review several times to make sure I truly understood the advice you were giving me. As CEO of LogMeIn I wanted to respond personally to your review.
I couldn’t agree more with your comment about the need to continuously hire top talent and develop and challenge our existing colleagues. However, given that we just completed a year in which we merged two sizeable companies, created a billion-dollar software company with more than 24 million users, and hired more than 600 new people, I admit to being a little perplexed by your comment about “not willing to take chances.” I recognize it’s sometimes hard to give direct feedback, but as an employee I have to believe you share my genuine interest in making our company even better, so I’d really appreciate the chance to learn more about your perspective and listen to your ideas.
