Pros

I am relatively new to LogMeIn but so far I have been overwhelmed by the positive culture here. Everyone has welcomed me with open arms and genuinely wants to help. The company really looks after its employees, with a whole host of different initiatives to recognise and reward contribution and also promote wellness and development – as well as having fun. Including hosting monthly professional development seminars, regular 'community lunches', CSR days through our 'Mission Possible' team and numerous social activities. Not to mention all the free food - breakfast, snacks and fruit are provided every day, along with lots of other treats. I am excited about the journey ahead

None that I can think of so far!

Pros

Remote and unfortunately that is it

Cons

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
