      Pros

      I had a fantastic experience working for LogMeIn! The company has changed quite a bit over the last 5 years, but the people and culture remain the highlight of my time there. I worked with many smart, dedicated individuals and still have quite a few close friends throughout various departments. With nearly 3000 employees, I'm sure it is somewhat dependent on location and team, but I loved my job and always felt like my opinions were respected and valued. The only reason I left was to go back to school!

      Cons

      The promotion/raise structure isn't ideal, so the compensation is slightly lower than that of comparable companies in the region.

      Pros

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
