      Pros

      good benefits, great culture, awesome CEO (so down to earth + supportive), great office location in Boston, ample vacation time, free cafe, they're always taking care of employees with meals/snacks/events, smart people, opportunity for growth, females in executive roles

      Cons

      no strong cons --- work/life balance out of the office can always be improved

      It's great to read that you are enjoying many of the aspects that make LogMeIn great. We understand work doesn't always happen between 9-5, but we offer flexible work arrangements to allow you to do the best work of your career. Juggling priorities can be difficult and we ask that you work with your HR Business Partner or Manager if things get to be too stressful. Jason

      Pros

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
