- Great Culture - everyone here to help in their business and progress in the respective careers - Open door policy with Senior Leadership - A place where you can have a career - not only a Job - Great driving the Sales Floor with monthly and quarterly SPIFFs, not only Presidents club and 25K Bonus (if you hit 125% of target) but also something new every quarter... UNCAPPED commission - Great intercultural feel - New Office Building with great view, Gym, smoothie maker, BeerKart Fridays... awesome new place - The best thing about LogMeIn - we dont only have a product to sell but constantly growing into different areas, just recently acquired JIVE and venturing into new untapped markets

No Parking Not many more Cons other than that

Pros

Remote and unfortunately that is it

Cons

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
