      Open people, friendly environment and a lot of true professionals.

      Cons

      Culture of fear in some departments, where contraselected or survivor managers rule and make bad decisions most of the time.

We keep investing in our manager development opportunities and we also take it very seriously to act upon attitudes that do not comply with our Workplace Conduct and Ethic policy, be it a manager or not. ​

      Pros

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
