Pros

Truly flexible work schedule. They don't log hours and they have unlimited vacation. I can't emphasize how important this is. RRSP matching 8% and stock option lowest buyin 15% High potential to be amazing products [unified telecommunications] Good pay and high potential for mobility [because they release products often enough to make a case for value for promotion.]

Cons

They're super microsoft and java oriented. A lot of the devs wants higher technologies, but the majority of senior development is sorta stuck in the past. Expect to see extremely verbose code, and over-engineered dev ops. Also, because the beaucratic nature of their agile methods are a bit outdated, a lot more time is required to do basic work, which can make it difficult to have an ideal output within a reasonable time frame, so when you have a lot to do, expect to have to work more than 40 hours to achieve it. [BUT management is friendly and will work with ppl to maintain work life balance]

Pros

Remote and unfortunately that is it

Cons

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
