Pros

If you are in sales the targets are super low at the moment and achievable. This can change next year as private equity took over. (targets should be higher to be profitable again)

Cons

People and management do not care about each other. Management new to the industry and therefore often not capable. Very poor culture , nearly not existent. Other companies have great values and cultures (from what I've heard) - LogMeIn does not. Many two faced people. The products are not innovative enough and customers complained a lot. They rather copy other competitors like zoom than develop their own innovative product features. Sales structure is a huge mess especially if you are working on a territory with a lot of sales reps. Therefore very competitve and people will try to claim everything they can because the rules are very vague. Juniors do not respect Seniors. Thats the most sad thing I admit. Even as a top performer there are no opportunities to develop and grow. Treat everyone at the same way without favouritism. Hire and fire mentality. Typical american company culture. You want to leave on good terms after you have been smashing your targets for a couple of years? Not possible - they will cut you off like you never existed and on top cut your bonus etc. to save money. Very weak. In this sense.. LogMeOUT

Remote and unfortunately that is it

Cons

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
