Very innovative, cutting edge technologies, annual kickoffs, great benefits, some really good professionals, the company sometimes offers free beer, and it can be a good place to learn.
Cons
Everything depends whom you win as your manager, and where do you get a place in the office, and it's a gambling. The Budapest office is beautiful if you just for a visit but it has two sides, the old one what is pretty good and the new one where working is a tragedy: you can not open the windows, feels like a terrarium especially when the summer temperature is close to 40 C°. If you're a lucky man, you can build a carreer, learn and go home when your working time is over and you can have a nice working environment. Other case you going to be stressed even if you work as best as you can, overtime became to your daily routine and you can forget your private life. The salary depends only on your negotiantion skills: for the same position there was 4x (!) difference between two employees.
