      Great company gone south after buyout. - Team Lead GoTo Employee Review

      Pros

      Work from home/remote policy. Great insurance. Once a month mental health day off. Good attempt at culture and welcoming to diversity.

      Cons

      Too many to list following a company buyout by notorious investment firm. You will hate your life everyday you have to log on your computer. New company goal is to cut costs - that despite world record profits last year. Cuts seem to be coming off the backs of employees/ their pay. Sad considering the 13+ hour days we put in during the pandemic. Unattainable goals and disillusioned senior leaders (under the CEO). CEO generally well liked. Record attrition in sales department, and for good reason.

      Pros

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
