Flexibility to work from home Really smart and nice colleagues Opportunities to learn and grow

Cons

Lack of product innovation has placed enormous pressure on Sales & Marketing, aggravated by substandard Marketing leadership and Sales leadership in North America. Disconnect between what values are supposed to be versus what's actually demonstrated Culture has disimproved massively since taken over by private equity leading to 'everyone for themselves' attitude and is compounded by poor senior leadership The company is actively becoming less data-driven and decisions are more chaotic Data governance extremely rigid negatively impacting timely delivery of insights to stakeholders (contrary to value of 'move fast') , yet it's the analysts who feel the consequences of dissatisfied stakeholders Good people management varies by team and too much underperformance is accepted

Pros

Remote and unfortunately that is it

Cons

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
