      Great company with huge amount flexibility but slow progression - Software Engineer GoTo Employee Review

      Pros

      The company is very flexible, no micro-management and the culture is really one of the best I have ever seen and heard. Teams are free to pick the tools that best suit their needs to provide solutions to problems.

      Cons

      Slow career progression, immature devops culture due to centralization in siloed devops teams, however, it has been getting better lately.
