One of the Tech Gems in Boston - Anonymous employee GoTo Employee Review

I've worked for other high-flying tech companies in my career and think LogMeIn is one of the best I've seen. Culture is great and they make big investments in things like space, amenities and off-site meetings, etc. Executives are approachable and seem engaged in the business. They're hiring a lot of people from outside the company but there seem to be a lot of internal promotions as well. Pace of product innovation has accelerated lately and the bet on IoT is really exciting. Compensation is fair but the upside is in the stock grants. Lots of smart people.
